Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

• ✔ Product is damaged or defective
• ✔ Wrong item has been delivered
• ✔ Product is unused and in original condition

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• ✖ Customized or made-to-order products
• ✖ Products used or damaged by the customer
• ✖ Minor color/design variations (as handmade items may vary slightly)

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery at anilhandicraft@gmail.com.

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
